Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable deep learning models and generative AI frameworks for enterprise applications.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel AI algorithms to solve complex, high-impact business problems.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce latency to ensure real-time performance across distributed systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and data scientists to define the technical roadmap for our AI product suite.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance in all deployed models.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep experience with MLOps, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning.
- Experience with distributed computing systems and high-performance computing (HPC).
