Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-quality 2D animations, motion graphics, and explainer videos.
- Collaborate closely with art directors and copywriters to align visual style with brand voice.
- Create dynamic storyboards and rough cuts to visualize project concepts.
- Optimize assets for various platforms (web, social media, broadcast).
- Mentor junior designers and provide creative feedback during reviews.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in 2D animation and motion design.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D animation or motion graphics design.
- A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing storytelling and technical proficiency.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience with vector animation tools (e.g., Cinema 4D Lite, Spine) is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
