Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and produce high-quality 2D motion graphics and animations for web, mobile, and social media campaigns.
- Design and rig characters and props using industry-standard 2D animation software (e.g., Toon Boom Harmony, Adobe Animate).
- Collaborate with the creative director to ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Refine timing, spacing, and easing to create fluid, naturalistic movement.
- Optimize assets for various resolutions and delivery formats to ensure seamless playback across devices.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in 2D animation and motion design to keep our work cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D animation, motion graphics, or a related creative field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in character animation, storytelling, and visual effects.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Toon Boom Harmony.
- Deep understanding of 12 principles of animation, including squash and stretch, follow-through, and anticipation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate creative concepts to a diverse team.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
