Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-quality 2D graphics, illustrations, and animations for web, mobile, and print.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual language and design system across all company projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into visually stunning designs.
- Utilize motion graphics techniques to create engaging UI transitions and micro-interactions.
- Optimize assets for performance and scalability across various platforms and devices.
- Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D graphics design, illustration, or animation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of styles, from flat design to complex motion graphics.
- Deep understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
- Experience with prototyping tools and user interface design.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
