Responsibilities
- Design and animate high-quality 2D motion graphics for digital campaigns, landing pages, and product interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to implement smooth micro-interactions and transitions that enhance user engagement.
- Optimize animation assets for performance, ensuring fast load times across various devices and browsers.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in 2D animation, motion design software, and storytelling techniques.
- Mentor junior designers, providing technical guidance and creative feedback to foster team growth.
- Create storyboards and animatics to visualize complex animation sequences before production.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design and animation.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
- Deep understanding of timing, spacing, easing, and kinetic typography.
- Experience with prototyping tools like Figma or Principle for UI animation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or a related field.
