Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years research experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm development (QAOA, VQE, Shor's)
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware operations
- Strong background in topological quantum computing or quantum machine learning
- Ability to secure federal research grants (NSF, DOE, DARPA)
