Responsibilities

- Partner with policymakers to shape responsible AI legislation
- Lead stakeholder workshops on AI ethics and responsible innovation
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges in AI deployment and adaptation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology governance
- Expertise in bias detection and mitigation techniques
- Experience developing ethical AI frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Strong understanding of machine learning model architectures
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in AI ethics or data governance (e.g., CDEP, CIPM)
- Published work on AI ethics or technology policy preferred
