Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop error mitigation strategies for NISQ-era quantum processors
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Lead research publications in top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and drive cross-functional innovation sprints
- Translate theoretical quantum models into practical industrial applications
- Contribute to open-source quantum computing frameworks and tools
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum focus
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Publication record in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Expertise in at least one classical high-performance computing framework
- Strong background in linear algebra and probability theory
