Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with long-term business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech) into core business functions
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers to prototype future solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to anticipate technological disruptions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for R&D collaboration
- Define KPIs and success metrics for technology adoption and innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- MSc/MBA in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, AR/VR, biotech)
- Track record of launching innovative products/services at scale
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner Certificate)
- Exceptional data analysis and strategic planning skills
- Strong public speaking and executive communication abilities
- Experience in building high-performing innovation teams
