- Develop error correction algorithms achieving 99.99% qubit fidelity targets
- Lead R&D teams in prototyping quantum processors with 1000+ qubit capabilities
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum acceleration into machine learning frameworks
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing solutions for enterprise clients
- Secure patents for breakthrough quantum methodologies and circuit designs
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information science principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature/Science)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Proven track record architecting fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and topological qubits
