Responsibilities

- Pioneer Next-Gen Algorithms: Lead research initiatives into Quantum Machine Learning and Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance predictive analytics.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with quantum computing specialists, data scientists, and product managers to translate complex research into deployable products.
- Optimization & Performance: Drive the optimization of model latency and throughput, ensuring real-time processing in high-stakes environments.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring junior architects and researchers.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field with a focus on theoretical mathematics.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Innovation: Demonstrated history of patenting novel algorithms or publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
