Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term tech strategies with business objectives.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI and advanced machine learning models into core operational workflows.
- Conduct rigorous market research to identify disruptive technologies before they become mainstream.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to prototype and validate futuristic concepts.
- Oversee the development of a scalable digital infrastructure capable of supporting exponential growth.
- Establish a culture of innovation, driving internal hackathons and R&D initiatives.
- Advise the C-suite on risk management regarding emerging tech adoption.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or digital transformation.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Architecture, and Big Data trends.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent executive presence and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or MBA with a technical focus.
