Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Futurology
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in neural interface development and quantum algorithms
- Proven track record of scaling experimental technologies to enterprise level
- Deep understanding of global tech policy landscapes
- Portfolio of at least 3 implemented future-tech frameworks
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
