Responsibilities
- Architect and design high-performance, scalable AI systems capable of handling 2026-scale data volumes.
- Lead a cross-functional team of ML engineers, data scientists, and software developers.
- Define the technical vision and roadmap for AI integration across all product lines.
- Conduct research and prototype cutting-edge algorithms to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy, and model explainability.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of leading teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance standards.
