Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record publishing in Nature/Science or top-tier quantum conferences
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
