- Lead Advanced Research: Direct R&D initiatives focused on next-gen machine learning algorithms, ensuring we stay ahead of industry trends by 2026.
- System Integration: Integrate complex AI systems with legacy infrastructure, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior architects and engineers, conducting code reviews, and establishing best practices for AI development.
- Security & Ethics: Implement robust security protocols and ethical guidelines to ensure AI deployment is responsible and compliant with global standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into strategic business insights for C-suite executives and product teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML system design.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with large language models (LLMs).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and adapt architectural strategies accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
