- Coordinate end-to-end event logistics including vendor management, venue setup, and timeline execution
- Manage client communication and ensure all event specifications are met
- Oversee event staff scheduling and on-site supervision
- Handle budget reconciliation and expense tracking for assigned events
- Collaborate with creative team to develop innovative event concepts
- Conduct post-event evaluations and compile client feedback reports
- Maintain inventory of event supplies and equipment
Qualifications
- 2+ years of event coordination or hospitality experience
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of Austin venue landscape preferred
- College degree in Event Management or related field
