Responsibilities
- Monitor enterprise network infrastructure and server health 24/7 during the night shift.
- Execute automated incident response scripts and troubleshoot critical system alerts.
- Manage and triage tickets in the ServiceNow ticketing system.
- Perform routine security patching and configuration backups during low-traffic hours.
- Coordinate with day-shift engineering teams to resolve escalated issues.
- Document network performance metrics and incident logs accurately.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a NOC, Network Operations Center, or Systems Administration role.
- Proficiency in Linux command line interface (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu).
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
- Mandatory Requirement: Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work independently.
