Responsibilities
- 24/7 Monitoring: Continuously monitor network traffic, server health, and system alerts to ensure maximum uptime.
- Incident Response: Rapidly troubleshoot and resolve network outages and critical incidents as they arise.
- Alert Management: Prioritize and manage alerts through SIEM platforms, reducing noise and addressing real threats.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of network performance and incident resolutions.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the Security and DevOps teams to implement preventative measures.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Network Operations, NOC, or Helpdesk environments.
- Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent networking certifications are highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Linux, TCP/IP, and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP).
- Tools: Experience with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Zabbix, or Datadog).
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
