Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues on weekends.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, printers, and network equipment.
- Assist end-users with password resets, account access, and software installation.
- Monitor system performance and respond to critical alerts during off-hours.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the on-site team to ensure seamless IT operations.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent professional experience.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) are highly preferred.
- Proven experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Ability to work independently and effectively during weekend shifts.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-service-oriented attitude.
