Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 warehouse staff during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Ensure efficient inventory receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize workflow using WMS systems and digital tools
- Conduct staff training and performance evaluations
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operations
- Resolve operational issues and escalate when necessary
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Advanced proficiency in warehouse management systems
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently overnight shifts
- Forklift certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent
