Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload trucks efficiently during the night shift.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate cycle counts and maintain organized stockrooms to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies and report issues immediately.
- Packaging: Properly package, label, and prepare goods for shipment using standard packaging materials.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift leads and team members to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a consistent schedule.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Skills: Basic math skills for inventory counting and attention to detail.
