Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments and manage inventory in a climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Perform quality control checks and document inventory discrepancies
- Maintain organized storage systems and optimize space utilization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend production targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free workspace
- Participate in cycle counts and monthly inventory audits
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
