Responsibilities
- Oversee 20+ team members during 10 PM - 10 AM shifts
- Optimize inventory management systems with real-time tracking
- Implement OSHA compliance protocols for safety-critical operations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless order fulfillment
- Conduct performance reviews and skill development sessions
- Resolve operational bottlenecks with data-driven solutions
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and vendor relationships
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
- Experience with AS/RS (Automated Storage Systems)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain preferred
- Spanish bilingualism highly valued
