Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ person night shift team including task delegation and performance monitoring
- Optimize warehouse workflow for maximum efficiency during overnight operations
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Coordinate with day shift team for seamless operational handovers
- Investigate and resolve operational issues during shift hours
- Maintain accurate shift logs and documentation for regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- Proven night shift supervisory background in logistics
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Advanced inventory management system proficiency (SAP/WMS)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability to accommodate shift changes
- Valid California driver's license required
