Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 person overnight team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Oversee inventory control, including cycle counts and reconciliation
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols are strictly followed
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless operations handover
- Train new hires on equipment operation and warehouse procedures
- Implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce errors
- Handle incident reporting and resolution during overnight shifts
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift background
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training required
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong leadership skills with conflict resolution experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Valid Michigan driver's license with clean record
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
