Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ person night shift team, ensuring productivity and safety protocols
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct cycle counts
- Coordinate with day-shift managers for operational continuity
- Implement warehouse optimization strategies
- Handle equipment maintenance scheduling and safety compliance
- Process shipping/receiving documentation accurately
- Investigate and resolve operational discrepancies
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Forklift certification required
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
