Responsibilities
- Oversee all nightly warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Manage team of 10-15 warehouse associates with performance coaching and scheduling
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize workflow efficiency through continuous process improvement initiatives
- Conduct inventory audits and resolve discrepancies in real-time
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless transition of operations
- Implement quality control measures to maintain product integrity
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience in night shift environments
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training required
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and warehouse management software
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for team leadership
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperature conditions
