Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting
- Operate material handling equipment safely (forklifts/pallet jacks)
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Meet daily productivity quotas in fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with team to achieve warehouse goals
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Reliable transportation to San Jose facility
- Flexible availability for early morning/weekend shifts
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
