Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 person night shift team, ensuring task completion and quality standards
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics using WMS systems
- Conduct daily safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance
- Optimize warehouse layout for 24-hour efficiency
- Train and mentor new night shift associates
- Manage inventory reconciliation and cycle counts
- Collaborate with day shift leadership for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in WMS (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery experience
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently overnight (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Background check and pre-employment drug screen mandatory
