Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift staff, ensuring safety protocols and productivity targets are met
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Implement process improvements to optimize warehouse efficiency and reduce errors
- Conduct shift handovers and maintain detailed operational reports
- Train and mentor new team members on equipment operation and company policies
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate issues to management as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience, preferably in night shift environments
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training required
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate teams during overnight hours
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
