Responsibilities
- Oversee 8-10 member night shift team, ensuring efficient workflow and safety compliance
- Coordinate inventory management, order picking, and shipping/receiving processes
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) and conduct daily inspections
- Implement process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce errors
- Handle employee scheduling and performance documentation
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management
- Maintain accurate records in WMS (Warehouse Management System)
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification and forklift certification required
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong leadership skills with conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperature conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid Colorado driver's license
