Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and store incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy for next-day delivery
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits weekly
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer proficiency with inventory software
- Flexible schedule availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
