Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server health and network stability during off-peak hours.
- Perform routine system backups, patch management, and security updates.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues reported by internal users.
- Document technical procedures and incident reports accurately.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to hand over operational status seamlessly.
- Enforce IT security policies to protect company data integrity.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Systems Administration, IT Support, or Network Engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Availability to work rotating night shifts and weekends as required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Network+, Security+, or MCSA) are a plus.
