Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, and debug complex software applications to meet business requirements.
- Maintain and improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of existing codebases.
- Ensure software quality through rigorous unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews.
- Participate in the deployment of updates, patches, and hotfixes during off-peak hours.
- Document technical specifications, system architecture, and API endpoints.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or C# and modern frameworks (React, Node.js, .NET).
- Mandatory: Must be available and willing to work the Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines is a significant plus.
