What You'll Do
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during night hours.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues for B2B clients with precision and empathy.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with day-shift engineering teams to escalate complex issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) and KPI compliance.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and process changes.
Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, tech support, or call center environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a quiet environment with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM).
