Job Description
Join the Architects of 2026. Nexus Horizon Labs is at the forefront of defining the technological landscape of the coming decade. We are seeking a visionary Next-Gen AI Systems Architect to design the foundational infrastructure for our upcoming 2026 product suite. In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical artificial general intelligence (AGI) and scalable, real-world deployment.
We are looking for a pioneer who isn't just adapting to the future, but actively building it. If you thrive in ambiguity and possess a deep understanding of the trajectory of AI development, this is your opportunity to leave a permanent mark on the industry.
Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready Infrastructure: Design and implement scalable neural network architectures optimized for the performance demands of next-generation computing environments.
- AGI Roadmap Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership to define the technical milestones and deliverables for our 2026 product launch and beyond.
- Quantum-Ready Algorithms: Develop and adapt machine learning models to function effectively within hybrid quantum-classical computing paradigms.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and transparency in autonomous systems.
- High-Performance Computing: Oversee the deployment of high-performance computing clusters to handle petabyte-scale data processing in real-time.
Qualifications
- Advanced Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Computational Neuroscience, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Proven Expertise: 5+ years of experience in designing complex systems, with at least 2 years focusing on advanced AI or AGI research.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of PyTorch, TensorFlow, and emerging frameworks for neural architecture search.
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological trends and adapt strategies for future tech stacks.
- Leadership Skills: Experience leading cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
