Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures for next-generation applications.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI into core products.
- Oversee the migration of monolithic systems to distributed, edge-computing frameworks.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with product managers to define roadmaps for futuristic features.
- Ensure system security, scalability, and compliance with emerging AI regulations.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies, including quantum computing interfaces.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale machine learning initiatives.
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and serverless architectures.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and fairness in machine learning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
