- Present compelling foresight frameworks to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, conference keynotes, and industry reports
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Integrate foresight methodologies into product development and corporate strategy processes
- Mentor innovation teams in future-focused thinking and scenario planning techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future insights into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and societal impact
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures methodologies (e.g., CFS, IFTF) strongly preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through disruptive change initiatives
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or published thought leadership
