Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive futures intelligence frameworks for 2026-2030 technology landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Produce high-impact trend briefings for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Architect strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation adoption and market disruption readiness
- Represent the company at global foresight forums and technology summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal capability for strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies: quantum computing, AGI, biotech, neurotech
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Experience advising C-suite on disruptive technology adoption strategies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Fluency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Flourish) and trend analytics platforms
