As a key member of our Future Labs division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global innovation partners to develop robust roadmaps that anticipate paradigm shifts. Your work will directly influence product development, market positioning, and investment strategies in quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, and immersive realities.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends and societal shifts to forecast 2026+ market disruptions
- Design and lead strategic foresight initiatives for Fortune 500 clients
- Develop actionable innovation roadmaps integrating quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations
- Maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-focused solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of developing tech roadmaps for 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., from APF or WFS)
- Exceptional analytical and storytelling abilities with executive communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation implementation
- Experience with scenario planning tools and trend analysis software
