Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 global strategic foresight framework
- Analyze emerging technologies, socioeconomic shifts, and disruptive trends
- Produce scenario-based strategic roadmaps for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future solutions
- Establish quantitative/qualitative metrics for future readiness assessment
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and industry conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS preferred)
