Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation management or strategic technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with $100M+ impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent preferred
- Experience scaling teams from startup to enterprise level
- Demonstrated ability to secure and manage large-scale R&D funding
