- Collaborate with R&D to prioritize future-focused R&D initiatives and pilot programs
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive organizational culture shift toward proactive future-adaptation methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field with 10+ years of experience
- Proven track record of translating future trends into enterprise-level strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation journals
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP preferred)
- Experience scaling foresight programs in global enterprises
