Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, economic, and social trends to identify 2026+ opportunities and threats
- Design and lead strategic innovation initiatives aligned with long-term organizational vision
- Develop scenario planning models for high-impact future scenarios
- Manage portfolio of innovation projects from ideation to market validation
- Champion design thinking methodologies across enterprise functions
- Build and lead cross-disciplinary innovation teams
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and boards
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation impact and future readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., CFM) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures concepts
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional innovation teams
