Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps with quantifiable impact projections
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and industry conferences
- Build and maintain a foresight ecosystem including trend databases and expert networks
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
- Author thought leadership publications on future-shaping technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., from APF or HSG)
