Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans for 2026, incorporating AI integration, sustainability targets, and digital transformation initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams to align departmental objectives with long-term organizational vision
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities and threats
- Create financial models and ROI projections for strategic initiatives securing executive buy-in
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track strategic progress and ensure accountability
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists to develop future leadership capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, management consulting, or corporate strategy with 3+ years in tech or innovation-focused roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and risk assessment methodologies
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Technology preferred
- Strong data literacy with proficiency in strategic planning tools (e.g., Tableau, Miro)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in strategic management (e.g., CSMP) or relevant domain expertise
- Demonstrated success in scaling initiatives from ideation to execution
