Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of the 2026 strategic technology roadmap, focusing on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Design scalable, high-performance systems that integrate generative AI, LLMs, and quantum-ready algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and security engineers to drive innovation.
- Establish best practices for data governance and model deployment in a cloud-native environment.
- Mentor senior engineering talent and foster a culture of technical excellence and forward-thinking.
- Conduct R&D to evaluate emerging technologies for their potential impact on our 2026 product suite.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a specific focus on AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations and strategic planning.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and responsible data usage.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
