Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI strategy and technical roadmap for the 2026 vision.
- Lead the architecture and design of scalable machine learning systems and neural networks.
- Oversee the research and implementation of next-gen technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI workflows.
- Mentor and cultivate a high-performing engineering team of data scientists and ML engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to integrate advanced AI capabilities into consumer experiences.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, data privacy standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Stay at the forefront of industry innovation, conducting feasibility studies on emerging tech trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead architect or senior engineering role.
- Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale AI systems from concept to production.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, and computer vision.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive technical decisions.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and a passion for building future-forward technology.
