Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures capable of handling enterprise-grade workloads with low latency.
- LLM Strategy: Lead the integration and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) to drive autonomous agent workflows and intelligent automation.
- Model Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of machine learning models, from data ingestion and training to fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment.
- Technical Vision: Define the technical roadmap for our AI research and engineering teams, aligning product goals with long-term technological trends.
- R&D Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Expertise: Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and vector databases.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex project lifecycles.
